All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including those suspected of fraud.

4. Shipping

Shipping details are shown at checkout.

Orders are shipped from Canada. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns

Please review our Returns Policy before purchasing.

Returned items must be requested within the stated timeframe and be in perfect, unworn, and original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Jewelry Care & Responsibility

Our jewelry is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted with care. As with all fine jewelry, clasp styles and wear experience may vary by design and individual fit. We recommend wearing jewelry with care and removing it during activities that may increase the risk of loss or damage. Items lost after delivery are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liz and Darcy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products.
